You choose the amount (minimum $100 AUD), and the recipient chooses when to escape. After purchase, you’ll be redirected to a secure website page. From there, you can tell us who the gift is for, when you’d like it sent, and any special touches you’d like included.

Terms & Conditions – Andersons Eco Retreat E-Gift Card

• Minimum Value: $100 AUD
• Validity: 18 months from date of purchase
• Transferable: Can be redeemed by anyone with the gift card code and authorization from the purchaser
• Redemption: Must be booked directly with Andersons Eco Retreat via our contact page, email, or telephone
• Non-Refundable: Once issued, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
• Customization: After purchase, you’ll be redirected to a secure page and emailed a password to access it. From there, you can provide recipient details, delivery timing, and any personal message
• Delivery: Gift cards are sent via email unless otherwise arranged
• Lost Card Policy: If you lose your gift card code, don’t worry — contact us and we’ll check our records
• Partial Use: Gift cards can be used toward any booking or product /service we provide. If your booking total is less than the card value, the remaining balance can be applied to a future stay and or any product /service. Your remaining balance will extend the validity for a further 18 months from that stay. Most guests return annually, so there’s plenty of time to redeem.
• Booking Blackout Dates: Gift cards can be used anytime including peak holiday periods but must meet any minimum night stay requirements for the dates requested.
• Adding to a Gift Card: Absolutely — recipients can combine gift cards or top up the difference if needed
